The International Conference on Cartography and GIS (ICC&GIS) is the fourth conference of this type that took place in Bulgaria (the previous ones were held in 2006, 2008 and 2010). It is organized under the endorsement of the International Cartographic Association.
Our aim is to collect knowledge and information about the latest achievements of cartography combined with GIS in the region of the Balkan Peninsula, Europe and also add global aspects. We would also are glad to discover and offer decisions for satisfaction of the ever increasing demands for analyses and visualization of geo-spatial data in the area of science, economy, management, ecology, crises situations in our modern times in national, regional and global scale.
During the conference, ICA commissions have their annual meetings.
